During today’s status conference, Judge Fallon and the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee announced that the mediation with John Perry has been on-going since the end of August.
There have been at least three days of mediation since then. The most recent was yesterday, when Judge Fallon ordered that the parties appear in New Orleans to mediate. Judge Fallon indicated that he wanted the parties in New Orleans so that he could be accessed if there were any road blocks that came up in coming towards some sort of resolution. He also noted that he expected some sort of partial resolution to be in place shortly.
