During the forum, Wool will lead a discussion on Proportionality with a focus on changes in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure that will take effect Dec. 1, 2015. This talk will address strategies for plaintiffs to obtain sufficient discovery to prove complex litigation claims.
The forum will also feature discussions on topics such as Document Review, Search Methodology & Sources, and Understanding the Scope of Defendants’ ESI: 30(b)(6) Depositions vs. Informal Exchanges of Information.
About Zachary Wool
In his legal practice, Wool works on litigation matters of all sizes, from individual claims to claims in which thousands of people have been injured by a defective product.
Wool is actively involved in the legal community. He is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association, and serves on the Louisiana State Bar Association’s LGBT Diversity Committee and as Chairman and Founder of the American Association for Justice’s LGBT Caucus. He was honored to be named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2015.
Born and raised in the New Orleans area, Wool is also active in his community. He volunteers with the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Lawyers for Libraries program, which offers free legal guidance to low-income residents of the parish, and has served as Vice President of the Einstein Group, Inc., a nonprofit group that runs two charter schools in the city, as well as on the Board of Trustees of the Contemporary Arts Center.
