ATTORNEY PROFILE

Mrs. Schwab joined Barrios, Kingsdorf & Casteix in 2015 as an associate attorney in the firm’s litigation section. While in law school, Mrs. Schwab was a judicial extern for the Honorable Lance M. Africk, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana. After graduation, she clerked for the Honorable Sandra Cabrina Jenkins at the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal.

While attending law school, Mrs. Schwab received CALI awards for the highest grades in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Community Justice Clinic, was a member of the trial advocacy program, and received awards for the best cross examination and best closing argument at the annual trial advocacy intramural competition. Mrs. Kingsdorf also received the Gillis Long Poverty Law Center Public Service Award in recognition for her handling of landlord/tenant disputes at the Community Justice Clinic.
