Moments ago during this month’s status conference, the PSC announced it had reached an agreement on the terms of a global resolution with Knauf. Homeowners with Knauf drywall will have a choice of Knauf’s contractor, selecting their own that Knauf will pay, or taking a cash payout. Knauf will also pay homeowners’ attorneys fees and costs. The settlement will also have a capped fund to pay for certain other provable economic losses. More to come.
